The Principals Academy conducted six runs of the Leadership Academy in 8 different cities of the Philippines in 2019 over six months. More than one thousand and two hundred School Leaders attended the workshops presented by Mrs Belinda Charles, the Dean of Principals Academy. The Leadership Academy provides a professional development platform to ensure Leaders-in-Education continually meet new challenges with fresh insight and perspectives in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment. The workshop content was curated to enhance Leaders-in-Education competencies as Educational Visionaries, Instructional Leaders, Organisational Leaders, and even Community Builders.
