Dr Patrick Chan is a design thinker known for his innovative approach and outstanding facilitation skills. With a rich expertise in Organizational Development, Dispute Resolution, Scenario Planning, and Leadership Development. Dr Chan stands at the forefront of transformative change in businesses and educational institutions alike. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour, his academic foundation is robust, grounded in econometrics, personal finance, and quantitative investing.
As an accomplished author, Dr Chan has penned four bestselling books that delve into the realms of positive psychology, organizational behaviour, leadership development, and personal financial planning. His scholarly contributions extend to three book chapters and over 25 refereed journal articles and international conference papers, with a keen focus on risk management and organizational behaviour, showcasing his profound impact on these fields.
Dr Chan's consultancy work is as diverse as it is impactful. He serves as a CultureSafe Consultant with the Ministry of Manpower, a Business Advisor with SPRING Singapore, a Training Associate with both the Civil Service College and the Institute for Financial Literacy, and an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. His academic contributions are further highlighted through his roles as Adjunct Faculty with the Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore University of Social Sciences and SIM-University of Buffalo, where he continues to inspire future generations of leaders and thinkers.
